Venture Capital

The Venture Capital team at Sovereign’s Capital invests in technology sector founders who are seeking to deliver top financial returns, while also contributing to human flourishing.

The Venture Capital team invests in Seed and Series A-stage technology companies operating in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. Our founders are gritty, creative leaders who are obsessive about internal culture and their customers. Their companies operate in growing markets and build defensible economic moats, from network effects and data advantages to sticky customers. We invest where we have direct operational experience or other expertise: B2B and B2C software, healthtech, deep tech, and tech-enabled services. We deploy $300,000 to $4 million per investment, and we lead rounds when our operator experience overlaps with an industry. We thoughtfully engage with portfolio companies to provide targeted strategic and operational partnership.
