The Real Estate team invests in U.S.-based real estate alongside faith-driven managers who recognize the opportunity for impact within the spaces and communities that they serve. Real estate operators have the unique ability to cultivate environments in which all people can experience authentic community, redemptive relationships, and neighborly love. This includes the spaces they live, work, and gather. We pursue equity interests with an emphasis on current yield and have a preference for value-add, housing sector strategies that are led by excellent operators.

Launch Capital Partners (Launch) is a faith-driven multi-family housing operator dedicated to those affected by forced migration. Launch promotes thriving communities through its relationship-oriented property management model and community partnerships. They exist to glorify God through creative business solutions that promote self-reliance and the integration of refugees and immigrants into their new communities.
Welden Field
Welden Field is a family owned and run real estate firm that includes property management, development, construction, management and renovation services. Welden Field has invested in over 12,000 MFH homes through new construction and redevelopment strategies. Welden Field’s BAM (Business as Mission) Fund seeks to achieve social, spiritual, and financial returns for its investors through value-add multi-family housing investing.
Hilltop - Sweetwater Vista
Hilltop is a real estate investment company committed to providing service and excellence to their residents, employees and investors. Hilltop targets value-add workforce housing (B+ and A- class) in major TX markets, and the southeast using moderate leverage. They aim to partner with Apartment Life on all of their assets and are one of AL’s largest owner-partners.
