Principal, Real Estate Practice Group

At Sovereign’s, we envision a future where values-led investors and business leaders can engage together through capital. The Principal position in our Real Estate (“RE”) Practice Group is critical to this vision leading the full investment cycle. A successful Principal at Sovereign’s will help source and close new investor relationships, source and evaluate investment opportunities, lead investment transactions, direct portfolio management and optimization, and support fund administration, including investor relations. Principals also have the opportunity to shape the organization, build firm culture, lead on process improvements, and develop industry relationships critical to our long-term success. Our RE Practice Group is building a strong track record investing in properties throughout the US, pursuing primarily rental housing value-add equity strategies with outstanding values-aligned management teams. The values alignment we enjoy with our portfolio and capital partners is a distinctive for our firm and shapes every dimension of the work we do. As Sovereign’s and the RE Practice Group continues to expand, we are seeking to add an experienced Principal to our team.
