The Project Manager will be critical in working toward this vision, as s/he will drive the success of firm-wide and team-specific initiatives by organizing, collaborating on, and executing new projects and events. S/he will coordinate resources, timelines, and team communications to ensure that each project aligns with the firm’s goals and progresses efficiently from concept to completion.
