Qualifications for this Role
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a client relations or sales environment; work in investment management preferred.
Understanding of the private asset management landscape.
Extremely organized with a passion for detail; you have to be analytical, organized, and disciplined to keep others organized and disciplined.
Passionate dedication to client service and success – no job too big, no job too small mentality.
Advanced in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in HubSpot or SalesForce preferred.
Extreme self-starter, eager to work with autonomy and also broader support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
High prioritization skills and excellent ability to manage multiple competing workflows with disciplined rigor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain our limited partner database and organize opportunities for fundraising.
Prepare materials for investor meetings and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date following conversations.
Segment prospective and existing LPs across strategies to prioritize follow-ups and campaigns.
Walk limited partners through the subscription process with warm, professional, and timely communication.
Maintain and manage data rooms and respond to due diligence questionnaires and investor requests.
Collaborate with Program Manager(s) to plan and execute investor events and content initiatives.
Bear responsibility for managing the systems we have in place for client success (e.g., HubSpot, our fund administration platform, subscription platforms, etc.) alongside other IR personnel.
Help to create marketing materials and maintain them.
Assist with drafting and distributing quarterly investor reports and other regular communications.
Meet with clients alone and with more senior team members.
Travel as needed; work irregular hours as needed.
Compensation
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience; possibility of annual bonus dependent on experience
